Olurotimi Ayodeji Ogunwale
Dr. Olurotimi Ogunwale is a Financial Economist and an Investment Banker.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics [Second Class, Upper Division] from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, a Master of Science Degree in Finance from Covenant University, Ota and a PhD in Finance obtained from Babcock University. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria [FCIB], a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK (MCSI), a Full Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria [MNIMN] and a Full Member of the Nigeria Economic Society [FMNES].
Dr. Ogunwale has worked in the Nigerian Financial Services Industry for about 23 years some of which were with Capital Express Securities Limited, WAPIC Insurance Plc [now Coronation Insurance Plc], Imperial Finance & Securities Limited, and most recently, Westbury Transnational Capital Limited where he is the Group Chief Executive Officer.
He has attended various courses in Nigeria and Overseas. His area of Core Competence includes Financial Analysis, Business Appraisal, Corporate Strategy, and Restructuring as well as Due Diligence and Investigation. He has written several academic papers on Consolidation, Banking and Insurance.
He is married with two great children.
Oluseye Funsho Awaye
Oluseye Awaye is a 1994 graduate of Accounting from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta and obtained his Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).He is also an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He started his professional career with Olutoki Adeniyi& Co (chartered Accountant) and later moved to AG Leventis (wholesales Division). In 1999, he moved to Wema Securities & Finance Plc. (WEMASEC), where he rose to the level of Head, Financial Control. He is Currently a Director at Bradley Professional Services
Peter Sunday Adebola, Ph.D
Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics with First Class Honours of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and a Master of Science Degree in Economics of the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He equally holds a Master of Science in International Securities Investment and Banking from ICMA Centre, University of Reading, United Kingdom. He also holds a Doctor of Phylosophy (Ph.D) with specializaton in Investment Finance of Babcock University, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria CITN. Besides, he is an Associate Member of the following professional bodies: The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria as well as Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK. He equally holds a Professional Certificate in International Fixed Income and Derivatives (IFID) of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), Zurich and he is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange Limited
He is currently the Managing Consultant of Probitas Consulting Limited, a member of Edgefield Group. Prior to joining Edgefield Group, he had previously worked for BGL Securities Limited, WSTC Financial Services Limited, Capital Express Securities Limited and Wesley Morgan Consulting Limited. Mr. Adebola has cognate experience in Securities Trading, Capital Market Operations, Trade Execution and Asset Management. He is also a visiting lecturer to many professional Tuition Houses in Nigeria as well as guest lecturer in Seminars, Workshops and Strategy Sessions of big corporations.

Anthony Nwozor
Tony Nwozor holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics and Masters in Business Administration from Edo State University, Ekpoma, Edo State (now Ambrose Alli University) in 1985 and 2000 respectively. He obtained his CEP Certificate from Lagos Business School (Pan African University) in conjunction with IESE Business School (University of Navara, Barcelona, Spain) in 2009. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), an Investment Banker and astute Securities Trader on the Floor of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He worked with City-Code Trust Limited from 1991 to April, 1997 where he rose to the position of a General Manager. He joined Merchant Bank of Commerce (MBCOM) in 1997 and was later seconded to BGL Limited in November, 1997. He was the Managing Director and CEO of BGL Securities Limited until late 2012. He has attended several international and local courses and seminars on: Personal Effectiveness & Performance Enhancement, Effective Pricing of Securities in the Secondary Market, Marketing & Selling Financial Services, Financial Analysis for Investment Advice, Brian Tracy on Effective Leadership Financial Modeling in Excel and Pension Fund Strategy
Tony Nwozor is currently the Executive Chairman of Stockbased Securities Limited.

Dorcas Olufunmilayo Kolawole
Dorcas Olufunmilayo Kolawole is the Training Manager of Probitas Consulting Limited. Prior to joining Probitas, she worked at Batoyin Limited as Human Resources Manager and before that, worked at Green Leaf International as a Customer Care Representative.
She is a graduate of International Relations from Les Cours Sonus University, Cotonou, Benin Republic. Besides, she is a certified Project Management Professional and Customer Relationship Management professional.
